| The BSCR Prize was won by Vivek Sivaraman (Hatter Cardiovascular Institute, University College London). 'Protein Kinase C Epsilon and Delta Have Opposing Roles in Simulated Ischaemia-Reperfusion Injury in Human Myocardium.' |
| The University of Bristol prizes were won by: First Prize Aikaterini Tsaousi (University of Bristol); Second Prize Sarah Withers (University of Manchester); Third Prize Sapna Thakur (University of Surrey); Fourth Prize Gemma White (University of Oxford). |
