BERNARD AND JOAN MARSHALL Prize Winners

The BSCR is the beneficiary of a major bequest from the estate of the late Bernard and Joan Marshall. The bequest is specifically intended to encourage, recognise and support the work of young investigators, and to facilitate a keynote lecture at the annual meeting of our Society. The gift is used to support:

  • Distinguished Lecturer: Dan Roden (Vanderbilt, USA)

2011

  • Young Investigator: Joe Burgoyne (King's, London)
  • Research Excellence: Joseph Wu (Stanford, USA)
  • Distinguished Lecturer: Salvador Moncada (Wolfson Institute, London)
